Normand dessert: la Teurgoule
. 4 litres milk . 300 grams caster sugar
. 400 grams dessert rice .1 vanilla bean
. 2 teaspoon cinnamon
. Heat the milk in a sauce pan
. Mix sugar + rice + vanilla bean + cinnamon in a glass pie dish.
. Add the milk, stir well, then bake in the oven (th. 5/6)
. While baking stir regularly until done.
